Depending on how the project is used, the following data may be processed: name, email, phone number, country, city, delivery address, message and request content, order data, collaboration request data, the recipe author's name, recipe photos and text, Telegram account data (for example, telegram_user_id, username, first_name, last_name, language_code, and news subscription status), as well as technical data and security logs including IP address, browser data, cookies, session ID, CSRF token, and the date and time of requests.

3. Data Sources

Personal data is received directly from the user through website forms, checkout, recipe submission, and interaction with the Telegram bot. Some data may also be collected automatically from the user's browser and device when visiting the site, as well as from the payment provider and technical services in relation to payment statuses, technical events, and error messages.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Personal data is used to respond to inquiries, fulfill orders, deliver merch, provide access to digital materials, moderate and publish recipes, sign users in through Telegram, preserve user actions when functional cookies are enabled, send news and notifications when the user has chosen to receive them, ensure project security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal requirements.

6. Telegram Bot and Related Features

If the user interacts with the project's Telegram bot, the operator may process data available through Telegram in the course of that interaction, including the account identifier, name, username, interface language, subscription settings, and data submitted by the user in the bot. This data is used to operate the bot, send replies and news, sign users in to the site through Telegram, and link website actions to the Telegram account when the user uses that feature.
